-PRODUCT-

• All of our art prints are made to order high quality reproductions of original mixed media or watercolor paintings that are then professionally photographed to make a high-res digital image (300dpi). Images are then printed onto museum grade archival (300gsm) fine art paper with a commercial Canon Pro Series printer using their archival Lucia Pro pigment inks. Please note that images on your screen may vary slightly in color from the actual print.

- PACKAGING - 

• Prints are either placed in a cello bag inside of a rigid kraft flat mailer, or larger prints are rolled in acid-free tissue paper and then shipped in a hard kraft mailing tube.

• Stickers are placed in a plastic top-loader case then inside of a rigid kraft mailer to be shipped. **We recommend to purchase stickers with prints to cut down on shipping cost.** 

- SHIPPING - 

• Please allow 3 to 10 business days for items to ship. This does not include Saturdays and Sundays. 

• Due to current changes within the United States Postal Service, orders could possibly take up to 30 days to arrive. Your order will say that it will "arrive later than expected." This means that the package is accounted for and will arrive, so please be patient as we have no control over this either.

• All orders will be shipped USPS First Class. Also, all US orders of $80 or more are shipped free. 

• All orders will come with a tracking number. 

- HOLIDAYS - 

• During the holidays (November & December), USPS can get very busy and this sometimes causes delays. Please keep this in mind when you are making your purchase. Sometimes packages can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. If you're tracking number shows up as not being regularly updated, this usually means there is a delay. Please be patient as your package will arrive. 

- RETURNS -

• We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please contact us immediately if you are unsatisfied for any reason and we will make all reasonable attempts to resolve your issues.

• Please contact us within 14 days after receiving your package, so we can accommodate any damages/replacements. 

• Art Prints and Originals are made to order or they are one of ones and are final sale.

• All other items (stickers, pins, apparel, etc.) can be returned or exchanged for a full refund besides our actual shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

- RETURNED ORDERS - 

•If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address supplied when ordering then we will notify you immediately. You can either cancel the order and have the print costs refunded (not shipping costs) or you can pay to have the package shipped again. We are not responsible for customers supplying the wrong address when ordering. 

- DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDERS - 

• If you receive your item and it is damaged, please message us asap. Be sure to include a picture of said damage to the print and/or packaging. We will promptly replace the item, free of charge, but cannot do so if you do not supply us with images.

• If your order never arrives, please message us immediately. Packages are sometimes lost by the Post Office and I will work with you as best as possible, in this event, to locate your package based upon the USPS tracking information. If the tracking says the package was delivered, but you're still missing it, please contact your local Post Office and supply them with the tracking information.
