Refund policy
-RETURNED ORDERS -
• If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address supplied when ordering then we will notify you immediately. You can either cancel the order and have the print costs refunded (not shipping costs) or you can pay to have the package shipped again. We are not responsible for customers supplying the wrong address when ordering.
-DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDERS -
• If you receive your item and it is damaged, please message us asap. Be sure to include a picture of said damage to the print and/or packaging. We will promptly replace the item, free of charge, but cannot do so if you do not supply us with images.
• If your order never arrives, please message us immediately. Packages are sometimes lost by the Post Office and I will work with you as best as possible, in this event, to locate your package based upon the USPS tracking information. If the tracking says the package was delivered, but you're still missing it, please contact your local Post Office and supply them with the tracking information.
-RETURNS -
• We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please contact us immediately if you are unsatisfied for any reason and we will make all reasonable attempts to resolve your issues.
• Please contact us within 14 days after receiving your package, so we can accommodate any damages/replacements.
• Art Prints and Originals are made to order or they are one of ones and are final sale.
• All other items (stickers, pins, apparel, etc.) can be returned or exchanged for a full refund besides our actual shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
